Layout and installation notes
- No corner units are included.
- The tallest completed stacks are approximately 94" high.
- The customer has stated a 95.5" ceiling height; the minimum finished floor-to-ceiling clearance across all installation areas remains pending customer confirmation.
- Rear anti-tip attachment requirements will be finalized after the wall construction is confirmed.
- Full delivery address, delivery contact number, and residential/commercial access details remain pending customer confirmation.
Materials & construction
- Frame: Aluminum-alloy structure with a premium matte-black finish.
- Viewing panels: Optical-clear acrylic.
- Opaque panels: Matte-black acrylic as configured.
- Display floor: Structural aluminum foundation with a fitted black felt finish.
- Modular connections: Required rear connectors and case-connection accessories for the confirmed array are included.
Lighting & power
- Lighting: Integrated adjustable-white LED system.
- Color temperature: Adjustable from approximately 2700K to 6500K.
- Control: Standard physical remote/controller for the connected setup.
- Integrated USB: Two built-in USB power ports in each of the 19 cases.
- Power: Region-appropriate US plug and the required lighting connection accessories for the ordered configuration.
Payment, production & dispatch
- Payment arrangement: 40% initial payment to begin production; the remaining product balance and confirmed shipping charge are due after production and packing are complete, before dispatch.
- Made to order: Production is usually around 3 weeks after the initial payment and final specification approval, subject to the production schedule.
- Packing and freight: Final carton planning and the manual freight quote will be confirmed separately after the delivery details are received.
- Delivery: International freight and final-mile delivery follow dispatch. Timing may vary with freight schedules, port/customs processing, and local-carrier handling.
