Order Processing & Dispatch

Quality control is our first priority. All orders for standard CUBIC SIX modules undergo a rigorous inspection and custom-crating process. Your order will be securely packaged and dispatched from our central warehouse in Hong Kong within 2 weeks of the order being placed. You will receive a formal tracking and freight confirmation email the moment your ecosystem is handed over to our logistics partners.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the transit time depends on your geographic location and the specific freight routing.

CUBIC SIX modules are not standard parcels; they are large-format, heavyweight shipments. While we push our logistics partners to deliver your order as swiftly as possible, the physical reality of global freight means that timelines can fluctuate.

Actual transit times may be influenced by:

• Customs Clearance: International shipments must be processed by local customs authorities. Inspection times are entirely at the discretion of the destination country and may add unforeseen days to your transit time.

• Carrier Routing: Hand-offs between international ocean/air freight and your local "last-mile" delivery courier can occasionally cause localized delays.

• Geographic Isolation: Deliveries to non-continental, rural, or highly remote addresses may require extended routing times.
