What materials are Cubic Six display cases made from?
Cubic Six cases use an aluminum-alloy structural frame, aluminum bottom support, and aluminum corner joints—there are no plastic joints in the main frame. High-quality transparent acrylic panels and matte-finish interior surfaces provide a clean, low-reflection display while keeping the case strong and lightweight.
Are the listed dimensions exterior or interior measurements?
Unless otherwise stated, the dimensions shown are exterior measurements. The usable interior width, depth, and height are generally about 4 cm / 1.5 inches smaller than the exterior dimensions. We recommend leaving a few extra centimeters around your collectible for easier installation and a more balanced presentation.
How much weight can each display case hold?
Most standard modules support up to approximately 45–60 kg (99–132 lb), depending on the model, span, configuration, and weight distribution. If you have an especially large or heavy statue, send us its dimensions, weight, and base footprint so we can confirm the best case or add custom reinforcement.
Can Cubic Six cases be stacked, connected, and expanded later?
Yes. Cubic Six cases are designed for both vertical and horizontal expansion using aluminum connectors at the rear. Compatible cases purchased later can be added to an existing setup, allowing your display to grow with your collection.
Do you make custom sizes and configurations?
Yes. We can customize the dimensions, frame and interior colors, reinforcement, corner units, risers, shelves, cable openings, and lighting layout. Send us your desired dimensions, quantity, collectible size and weight, preferred colors, and delivery postal code for a custom recommendation and quote.
How do I access the inside, and how dust-resistant are the cases?
The front acrylic panel is fully removable. It uses a continuous magnetic edge for a clean, dust-resistant seal, together with four metal hand screws for additional security. Remove the screws and lift off the front panel whenever you need to add or rearrange collectibles.
Is lighting included, and can multiple cases share one power connection?
Yes. Every case includes adjustable white LED lighting, the necessary cables, a controller, and a power adapter. Brightness and color temperature—from approximately 2700K warm white to 6500K daylight—can be adjusted with the included remote. Multiple cases can be daisy-chained so the entire setup uses one controller and wall outlet.
Can you add cable openings for statues with light-up features?
Yes. Standard cases do not include cable holes because the enclosed back panel improves dust resistance. Before production, we can add a discreet cable opening or channel in your preferred location. Send us the plug dimensions and desired opening position when ordering.
Do you offer risers, shelves, pedestals, and corner units?
Yes. We offer custom risers, pedestal bases, drawer pedestals, adjustable or removable shelves, and corner units. These accessories can be built to match the case footprint, finish, display weight, and layout of your collection.
Do you ship internationally, and are duties included?
Yes. We regularly ship to the United States and Canada and can quote other destinations individually. For supported US and Canadian routes, the shipping charge includes the carrier’s import handling and duty/tax arrangements, so customers should not normally receive a separate customs bill. Shipping costs and any destination-specific conditions are confirmed before checkout.
