Production, packing & delivery
- Made to order: Production is usually around 3 weeks after payment and final specification approval, subject to the production schedule.
- Packing and dispatch: The cases are quality-checked and packed after production, then handed to the international freight carrier.
- International transit and final-mile delivery: Current planning guidance is approximately 6–10 weeks after production for ocean freight, port/customs processing, and final delivery. Timing can vary with vessel schedules, port processing, and local-carrier handling.
- Tracking: Freight and final-mile tracking may appear separately as the shipment moves through each stage.
